In September 2016, the Board published a “Strategy Document” at https://preview.afrinic.net/strategy#2016-2020-short-version, which was an extract from a Strategic Plan that the Board at that time considered to be an internal document.
The Board has now decided to publish the full Strategic Plan for 2016 to 2020. It is available at https://preview.afrinic.net/strategy#2016-2020.
