Governance

AFRINIC's activities are overseen by a Board of Directors and managed by an appointed Chief Executive Officer. The organisation is governed by a set of Bylaws developed and approved by the community, and is committed to applying the principles of good corporate governance in its day-to-day operations.

Board The Board of Directors oversees AFRINIC's activities and is elected by the membership on a regional and non-regional basis under Article 13 of the Bylaws.
