We strongly encourage members to use the electronic voting provision, but paper ballots will also be available (during the 2019 AGMM) to members who have not and do not intend to vote electronically.

Members who require a paper ballot and those carrying a proxy appointment instrument will obtain a paper ballot on-site, in Kampala, before the AGMM. The signed proxy appointment instrument must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the election (19th June 2019) either to ecom@afrinic.net or to the AFRINIC elections committee staff on-site, in Kampala.

Electronic voting will be closed immediately after casting of paper ballots has been completed, during the AGMM. Proxy appointment will close 24 hours before the AGMM (19th June 2019) to allow the elections committee do appropriate verification ahead of the AGMM.
