Over the past few months, we have experienced sustained levels of network traffic that have exceeded our current connectivity capacity. As a result, certain services may respond slower than usual.
This situation has also impacted the efficiency of our internal support operations. Consequently, response time to member queries and service requests may be longer than our normal standards.
A bandwidth upgrade has now been approved and implementation is underway. This upgrade will significantly increase our network capacity and restore normal service performance. We are working closely with our providers to ensure the upgrade is completed as quickly as possible.
