The aim of the study was to gauge the perception of AFRINIC members with regards to its level of services as well as identifying the needs and expectation of its customers. A web questionnaire was designed and published online by the TNS Analysis team.
Thereafter, AFRINIC sent invitation to its highly valued members to fill in the questionnaires online. 117 members responded to the survey from 7th October to 19th November. You can read the complete report below.
